CARMENCITA D. PADILLA, MD, MAHPS
Chancellor
Dr. Carmencita D. Padilla is a multi-awarded pediatrician and geneticist. She is an Academician of the National Academy for Science and Technology (NAST); a Professor 12 at the UP College of Medicine; and, a University Scientist 3 of the University of the Philippines System. She is now serving her third term as Chancellor of UP Manila (November 1, 2020 to October 31, 2023). Dr. Padilla is the 9th, 10th, and 11th Chancellor of the University.
