The UP Manila campus is conveniently located on two city blocks on the west side of the City of Manila. It is bounded by Taft Avenue, Pedro Gil St. (formerly Herran) and Padre Faura Street.
Access to the campus is through numerous buses and jeepneys that ply Taft Vvenue, Pedro Gil and Padre Faura streets. The Pedro Gil Station of the LRT also provides easy access to the campus.
