The office promotes the welfare of students through the following: systematic planning and implementation of its guidance and counseling services; supervision and regulation of student organizations and activities; administration of the Student Disciplinary Tribunal, the Socialized Tuition and Financial Assistance Program (STFAP), other scholarship and financial programs; and coordination of student-related activities.
