National Telehealth Center

The National Telehealth Center (NTC), established in 1998, aims to develop UP Manila by utilizing information technologies that make exchange and availability of health data and information more accessible to health professionals and the genaral public.

Through the NTC and the Information Management Services Office, UP Manila continues to improve the computer knowledge and skills of its employees, and increase their and the public's access to health information through the conduct of various projects, such as Information Technology and Health workshops; Basic IT Literacy training for employees using DE modules; and giving students free e-mail services by installing  PinoyMail computer kiosks.
