Sentro ng Wikang Filipino-Manila

The Sentro ng Wikang Filipino-Manila (SWF Manila)  is one of the university's systemwide coordinating  arms that monitor, facilitate, and conduct university policy and programs on language. It was established in October 1994 under the office of the Chancellor.

The center aims to intellectualize the Filipino language by propagating its use in the center's teaching/learning activities, dissemination and communication.  The center builds up partnership with the different academic units to attain its aims, and thus, espouses bilateral consultation, coordination, and collaboration.

At present, the SWF-Manila has translated the following materials: "Intestinal Parasite Control Program," Allergy to House Dust Mites," "Larvitrap Surveillance Guide," "The Impact of the Algorithm for the Diagnosis & Tratment of Cases of Acute Renal Failure Secondary to Leptospirosis," "Handbuk para sa Pagpapayo sa mga Pasyente sa Wastong Paggamit ng mga Gamot na may Reseta,"  "Questionnaire mula sa PGH," "Mga Modelo sa Pamamahala sa Suplay ng Tubig para sa Maliit na Bayan," and "Paglunsod na Alkantarilyado at Sanitasyon."
